Production Coordinator

Asif is a non-profit organization and culinary center in Tel Aviv dedicated to cultivating and nurturing Israel’s diverse and creative food culture. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Production Coordinator to join our team temporarily to cover maternity leave. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Tel Aviv. The role involves coordinating and managing the logistics of the organization’s activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the organization’s activity calendar
• Coordinating with talents, guests, and partners
• Handling procurement orders and liaising with suppliers
• Collaborating with legal and accounting departments
• Producing events, visits, shoots, and other activities
• Handling administrative tasks for the office and organization

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production
• Ability to think systemically and manage processes
• Strong logistical and technical skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic, multitasking environment
• Proficiency in Google Drive, especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for the culinary world (!)
• Familiarity with Israel's culinary ecosystem – an advantage
• High level of English – an advantage
• Experience with Priority software – an advantage
