Mer- Group A large and leading company in the field of communications is looking for Technical System Support.

Working in a young environment in the field of Cellcom TV- IP Over the Internet

Outgoing personality with a customer focus and right attitude to serve the customer, deriving from a proven and qualified experience in On-Sight technical Support and continuous work with our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years relevant work experience
• Fluent in English
• Good analytic ability and problem-solving capabilities
• Project work (installation, integration, and testing).
• Planned Net-Work changes/ expansions.
• B.A / B.Sc in Computer Science or Engineering- advantage

Requirements:

• A thorough understanding of the following technologies:

Linux (Debien & Red Hat) operating systems- a MUST

IP/ Internet network design and operation- a MUST

• Experience / familiar with Streaming technologies, such as RTSP, HTTP, HLS, DASH, MSS.
• Understanding of media codecs, formats, transport and container protocols, such as:

MPEG-2, H.264/AVC, AAC, AC3, MP4, TS, etc

• Able to manipulate network traces such Wireshark and/or TCP dump.
• Knowledge with production deployments of SaaS using Google Cloud/AWS/Azure
• Scripting languages, such as Python- an advantage
• Database technologies- MySQL
• ability to learn quickly and independently.
