Backend Developer (Python) – Mid to Senior Level

The platform allows sales agents to practice sales calls in various scenarios through realistic AI simulations. After each session, teams receive detailed performance analyses to identify areas for improvement.

Hybrid Model: Work from home on Tuesdays and from the office the rest of the week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.
• Collaborate with the NLP team to enhance the conversation system, focusing on speed, scalability, and the implementation of NLP algorithms.
• Work with real-time audio and video processing, supporting over 3,500 sessions daily.
• Partner with the DevOps team to ensure system scalability and availability.
• Be part of an on-call rotation, providing support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Python is mandatory.
• Experience with cloud & K8S.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
