Assistant controller - Tel Aviv

A leading Global Company in Tel-Aviv is seeking a highly-skilled, dynamic,

pleasant, reliable and motivated Assistant Controller to join our spectacular

Finance Team.

Responsibilities

 Preparation of financial statements (on a quarterly and annual basis)

and Israeli tax reports

 Working closely with auditors and tax advisors, managing audits and

compliance

 Financial Analysis for the investment team

 Monitoring financials of portfolio companies and performance of

portfolio company valuations on a quarterly basis

 Oversee daily operations of financial activities and bookkeepers

 Compliance with local and foreign government reporting requirements

(CRS, FATCA, CIMA, etc.)

 Assistance with other financial reporting / requirements

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting

 Strong excel skills – required

 Team Player
