Information Security and Networking Team Leader

Job Description:

• Manage a team of 4 members
• Oversee the management, implementation, and maintenance of projects within the realm of information security and communication
• Execute work plans and infrastructure projects, while also monitoring and addressing exposures and security threats
• Lead innovative projects related to information security and communication within the organization
• Plan, monitor, and manage work plans effectively
• Set goals for team members, provide oversight, and motivate them to achieve personal and professional objectives

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in leading information security and communication teams
• Three or more years of experience in information and communication systems
• Extensive background in managing the setup, operation, and upkeep of communication and information security infrastructures
• Proficiency in managing CISCO communication systems, Fortinet Firewall, Checkpoint, and f5 load balancer
• Strong technical acumen for analyzing and resolving complex issues
• Demonstrated commitment to service excellence, responsibility, and exceptional interpersonal skills
