Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HR Home located in Yokneam Ilit, with flexibility for remote work. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and reaching out to candidates while collaborating with our supportive and warm team environment. This role will involve managing the full life cycle of recruiting, building employer branding, conducting interviews, and implementing recruiting strategies to help businesses and our partners reach goals.
