Role Description

This is a contract role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological aspects of Reeflect, including software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. This is a hybrid role, based in Tel Aviv District but with flexibility for remote work.

**This partnership offers equity options, with a salary provided after securing a government grant. Your expertise in innovation is essential for the application process.**

Qualifications

• Strong backend and frontend development expertise with experience in Flutter\React Native.
• Proven experience in mobile application development.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure, cloud services, credit clearing, and payment processing.
• Familiarity with government grants, particularly from the Innovation Authority, and navigating the application process.
• Experience working with foreign software houses.
• Experience in the watersports industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with location-based functionality.
• Ability to handle scaling server-side and database operations for large user bases.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and managing database migrations in production environments.
• Experience in IT strategy and architecture.
• Product development and management skills
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with agile methodologies is preferred.
