English and Hebrew content writer (part time to full time)

Draft UX Writing Supergroup is looking for a part-time content writer fluent in both English and Hebrew to join our team. We work with some of Israel's biggest brands – banks, airlines, tech companies, and consumer products – and train teams across industries. This is an opportunity to be part of a fun, hardworking team, learn from some of the best in the business, and create content for a variety of products and platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Craft engaging content in both English and Hebrew that enhances brand communication and drives engagement
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand voice and target audience
• Ask the right discovery questions and view every brief with a critical mind
• Be willing to discuss and fine-tune your work based on feedback
• Work on diverse projects for tech and other brands across various industries
• Collaborate with a talented team in a supportive, dynamic environment
• Participate in our hybrid work model: 3 or 4 days remote, 1 day on-site in Tel Aviv

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level writing skills in both English and Hebrew
• A passion for creating compelling, effective content
• Proven experience writing various types of content (e.g., web copy, blog posts, social media) for B2C and B2B brands in both English and Hebrew
• Ability to adapt writing style to different brand voices and target audiences
• Strong research skills and the ability to write about complex topics in an accessible way
• Willingness to learn and enbrace new technologies and software
• UX writing skills - an advantage

This position is initially part-time (50%), with the potential to grow into a full-time role over time based on performance and business needs, if the writer is interested.
