A seed-stage startup on the cutting edge of AI-driven, no-code solutions is looking for a

dynamic R&D Team Lead to spearhead our development team. In this fully remote role, you'll lead a talented group of engineers, driving the development of secure, scalable integration systems.

You’ll work in an environment that embraces Hebrew and English as you build integrations across CRM, ERP, and payment platforms using the latest in cloud and infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and fostering a

collaborative environment to drive high-quality development output.

• Develop the architecture, development, and deployment of microservices-based solutions using

Kubernetes and AWS Lambda within AWS.

• Architect and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure through Terraform.

• Oversee backend development with Node.js, focusing on event-driven design, asynchronous

programming, and performance optimization.

• Manage and optimize integrations with CRM, ERP, and payment processing systems.

• Solve complex data problems by designing solutions with efficient data structures and processing.

• Implement best practices for deployment automation and streamline cloud infrastructure processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, specializing in microservices and cloud

infrastructure.

• 2+ years of experience managing and leading a team of developers, fostering collaboration, and

delivering successful projects.

• Expertise in Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, and the AWS ecosystem.

• Proficient in Node.js, with a strong focus on callbacks, promises, and event-driven architectures.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.

• Proven success integrating complex systems like CRM, ERP, and payment gateways.

• Strong understanding of data structures and scalable solution design.

• Experience in DevOps, with a focus on managing cloud infrastructure.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

• Russian language proficiency.
