Data Engineer (Part-Time position)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Engineer to support our data needs, starting with the Customer Success department and later expanding to other departments. This role involves building dashboards, managing data pipelines, and gradually automating processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be comfortable with various data engineering tasks, and have the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. The position is a part-time role at 60%, with the option to expand to 80%.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time dashboards for the Customer Success team to track KPIs and other important metrics.
• Expand to building dashboards for other departments, ensuring all stakeholders can access relevant data easily.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of the data.
• Build and manage data pipelines that collect, clean, and process data from various sources, both internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Implement automated workflows to streamline data collection and reporting over time.
• Develop internal tools to enhance reporting and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver insights that improve customer engagement and overall business performance.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience working with LLM applications for coding - must.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools to create impactful dashboards.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI for data presentation - advantage.
• SQL skills and experience with relational databases - advantage.
• Self-learner with a passion for automation and innovation, capable of independently exploring new tools and methods.
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities and a "can-do" attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
