Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Support Specialist at Magos Systems in Rehovot. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role will involve day-to-day activities focused on maintaining the reliability and performance of the perimeter surveillance radars.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
• Customer Support and Communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in providing support for technical products
• Knowledge of radar systems and surveillance technology is a plus
• Knowledge of IP networking
