Operational Specialist

Orner – which specializes in ecommerce deliveries and especially Amazon deliveries, is looking for an operations and follow-up person for a challenging and dynamic position!

Job requirements:

• At least one year of experience in handling commercial Amazon shipments – a must.

• A good understanding of international shipping processes and specifically for ecommerce platforms.

• Ability to monitor and coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments.

• Attention to small details and high organizational abilities.

• Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking).

The role includes:

• Tracking and operation of commercial shipments to international destinations.

• Responding to the company's customers and tracking shipments.

• Ongoing work with warehouses, shipping companies and other operating entities.

• Real-time troubleshooting and smooth operational continuity.
