Content Writer

We’re hiring for our team! Tourist Journey is a leading global travel tech company that works directly with travelers worldwide. We are looking for the right person to join our content team. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and is a committed, flexible, and detail-oriented person looking for a new challenge. You will mainly be responsible for generating exciting and compelling sale-oriented articles for our online travel blogs.

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to make recommendations for our SEO strategy
• Writing engaging and sales-oriented travel articles
• Optimize existing content
• Create new content to assist marketing campaigns
• Work closely with marketing and product team members
• Optimize content using SEO best practices
• Making sure all content is in line with general brand messaging and values

Requirements:

• Native-level English speaker - must
• Basic knowledge of web traffic analytics and SEO principles
• 1+ years of writing and editing content in a B2C company
• Passion for the field of travel
• Experience with WordPress - a plus
• Familiarity with a range of AI platforms
• Excellent organization and time management skills, and a high degree of independent judgment with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Creative, methodological, and pays attention to small details
• Experience with Ahrefs - a plus

Work from our fun office in the heart of Tel Aviv.

The position will be paid hourly, 30 hours a week with the possibility to extend after 3 months. After the initial in-person training, there is the option to work some hours from home.
