Bookkeeper

XTEND is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll be a key player in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and managing customer and debtor accounts.
• Compiling and submitting monthly reports to authorities, including 102, VAT, and tax filings.
• Managing payroll for 80 employees.
• Assisting with budget preparation, financial forecasts, and payroll processing
• Providing financial support and insights to management and other departments.
• Reconciling the company's bank account and credit card activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper (mandatory).
• Proficient in maintaining precise financial records, tracking invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll.
• Certified Payroll Accountant.
• Certified Bookkeeper (minimum Level 3) (mandatory).
• Experience with Priority and Shiklulit.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities and teamwork.
• Well-organized with high attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Service-oriented, efficient, self-driven, and a strong team player.
