Information Technology Architect

Mertens - Malam Team is seeking an Infrastructure Architect for a large government office in Tel Aviv.

Job Description:

• Examining existing technologies in the Israeli and global markets and adapting them to the office's areas of activity.
• Recommending upgrades or replacements of technologies.
• Formulating an annual procurement plan in the field of technologies and infrastructures.
• Handling complex architectural issues, serving as a professional authority for all technologies used in the office's infrastructure for existing and new systems.

Job Requirements:

• At least four years of experience in the field, including experience in leading technological teams.
• Experience in formulating IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies.
• Technological experience in complex, multi-system solutions, including hands-on experience and writing procurement recommendations accordingly.
• Extensive experience with computing and operating systems, vast experience with various infrastructure systems and infrastructure management solutions and tools, with a comprehensive view and integration between different tools.
• Extensive experience in information security and data communications.
• Knowledge and implementation of work with international standards.
