About Company & Role
neuRay Labs is an innovative company in the worlds of AI and sensor fusion, especially of radar & electro-optics sensors. Our goal is to revolutionize radar signal processing schemes in AI by leveraging visual information to obtain never seen before performance.
As a finance and operation associate, you will assist in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities to enhance the company's growth and competitive positioning, while also supporting financial and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, financial analysis, on potential partnerships and other initiatives, as well as assisting with operational optimizations and administrative duties. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you will contribute to shaping the company's strategic direction and gaining valuable experience in company development.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of the company's corporate strategy, support fundraising activities, investors deck etc.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall corporate goals.
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and updates to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Develop detailed financial models to evaluate the financial feasibility and potential impact of strategic initiatives.
- Support the end-to-end activities and company processes and projects.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's corporate strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Technical understanding - Technician or Practical Engineer diploma.
- 2-4 years of working experience in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance or corporate development.
- strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling concepts, valuation techniques, and business analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. can-do attitude and self-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
