Sales Operations Specialist

Our technology company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist!

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to -day sales and partnering operation. You will be highly organized with great attention to detail and a positive energy. The job includes creating quotations, typing orders, invoices, prices, delivery dates, operation reports, for both our Israel and USA operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Back-office work: pre-sale and post-sale responsibilities - prepare price lists, orders and invoices.
• Manage demo equipment: inventory, availability, latest SW upgrade
• Price quotations review before submission to manufacturing
• Coordinate shipments between customers and logistics
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with various departments to streamline workflow processes
• Assist in data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales operations or a similar position
• Customer service orientation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working with Priority - Advantage
