Gelmond Geo Tours, a boutique tourism company specializing in tailor-made trips to Alaska, is expanding! We’re looking for travel enthusiasts to join our small, dynamic team. If you love planning trips and have hands-on experience with this incredible destination, we want to hear from you.

At Gelmond Geo Tours, we specialize in creating tailor-made adventures to the untamed landscapes of Alaska and Western Canada. Our commitment to excellence and passion for unique travel experiences sets us apart in the industry. Join a close-knit team where your contributions will make a direct impact on our clients and the growth of our business.

What you'll do:

• Respond to initial client inquiries.
• Meet with clients (mostly online) to understand their travel needs.
• Plan customized itineraries.
• Price and produce detailed travel plans.
• Coordinate bookings with suppliers abroad (hotels, car rentals, activities).
• Prepare trip documents.
• Provide remote support during the travel season.

Must-have requirements:

• Practical experience traveling in Alaska (not just a cruise or short vacation).
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Full proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Bonus skills:

• Strong knowledge of Western Canada, New Zealand and / or Norway.
• Experience in outbound tourism.

Job Details:

• Part-time (60%) for the first three months, office-based.
• From the fourth month: full-time, hybrid (60% office, 40% work from home).
