Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and punctual Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our production department, the ultimate candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of orders, adhering to company standards and protocols. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining meticulous records, and upholding quality assurance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare kits for production bottles in accordance with work orders.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipments following company standards and protocols.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA/QC and Logistics.
• Work in compliance with production standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent team player with a strong sense of accountability.
• Familiar with ERP systems - big advantage.
