The position:

As Backend Tech Lead, you'll spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of a groundbreaking platform's backend infrastructure. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to build the foundation of a system poised to revolutionize its industry globally. In this position, you will:

• Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs that form the core of our SaaS platform.

• Establish a comprehensive development lifecycle, encompassing testing, deployment, monitoring, and tooling.

• Create and optimize high-performance data models and databases capable of handling massive traffic volumes.

• Devise innovative solutions for complex server-side security challenges.

• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Stay at the forefront of backend technology, continuously integrating cutting-edge practices and tools.

We're seeking an exceptional backend developer with:

• 7+ years of experience crafting robust, scalable systems

• Hands-on experience of database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Postgres, Pinecone)

• Exceptional coding skills in Python, Node.js, or Go

• Deep expertise in cloud platforms and familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proficiency with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, Flask, or Express.js

• Strong communication skills and a track record of thriving in fast-paced dev teams
