Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Implementer who seeks professional and technological challenges, has a high service orientation, and can work with clients, users, and technology partners. Join a leading team that works with a variety of applications and solutions for managing information systems in the fields of CRM and ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the application of existing system components in the company.
• Complete the necessary training for the role.
• Ongoing work with users and suppliers in the development and maintenance of applications. Understand the needs and requirements of system users.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Specialize in the technology of the application, with the ability to characterize improvements.
• Work collaboratively with other implementers, infrastructure teams, and development teams.
• Write specification documents, oversee developers, and conduct tests until the solution is implemented in different departments.
• Manage and drive suppliers for service and support in the systems.
• Full-time and hybrid position.

Requirements:

• High self-learning ability.
• Orientation and understanding of code, an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High level of English: reading, writing, and speaking.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and embedding systems and software solutions in the fields of CRM/ERP.
• Experience in implementing and embedding systems and software solutions in the BI field (an advantage).
• Familiarity and experience with Priority, SAP, Monday, Salesforce systems (an advantage).
