We are looking for a unique Sales Manager who can operate professionally (at the highest level) with customers' professional side - such as engineers, project managers, entrepreneurs, and startups interested in the processes of planning, design, and development of physical products (such as medical devices, agritech, consumer products, and small machines).
This is not about classic hard-selling, but rather the ability to deeply understand and engage in comprehensive, creative processes, addressing every aspect from product modeling and design strategy, product technology, and ergonomics, to industrial design, user experience (UX), and the practical understanding of engineering and manufacturing to create breakthroughs in your category.
Who are we looking for, and who might find us interesting ?
The candidate’s background should come from one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical engineering
- Product engineers or product designers
- Industrial product development and management (not software product managers)
- Engineers from the fields of production planning and control (PPC) and/or industrial OEM manufacturing
- Candidates with a background in industrial engineering who have worked in related fields.
What makes us unique:
We have a near-constant flow of leads, so most of the work process involves one or two meetings, even with professionals on the preparation side.

- Ability for deep, meticulous research, self-learning, and autodidacticism in every field or potential client before the meeting

Professional Requirements:
Based on the described background, the suitable candidate for the Sales Manager role in our company is recommended to hold one or more of the following academic degrees:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering – a strong engineering background and the ability to understand the technical aspects of the products the company develops (at the Sales Director level).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Design/Product Design or in Industrial Product Development and Management – suitable for candidates with experience in understanding the product in terms of design and usability, and thus the ability to communicate the value of the products to clients.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Engineering or PPC (Planning, Production, and Control) Engineering – with a preference for candidates who focused on production and product development processes in the world of industrial manufacturing or OEM.
- Proven Sales Experience in B2B Tech: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the design, engineering, or technology sectors, with a track record of successfully closing deals with large enterprises or high-tech companies.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of product development processes, industrial design, engineering, or related technical fields to effectively communicate the company's offerings to potential clients.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Ability to create and implement sales strategies targeting key sectors such as medical devices, consumer products, and professional equipment, leveraging the company’s experience and portfolio.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional networking and relationship management skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships and client trust in the high-tech and innovation industries.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: Comfortable working autonomously in a sole sales position, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, and manage client expectations through effective communication, and solutions-driven approaches.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to tailor the company’s diverse product development solutions to create value for clients.
Candidate's sales skills:
