Sales Operations Specialist

Panaya is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist, to ensure the efficient and effective running of the day-to-day operations of the sales organization. As part of the Sales Operations team you will work within the Salesforce CRM system on all functionality including reporting, quoting/pricing, data maintenance and training through an overarching perspective of company sales strategies and overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to the sales organization
• Manage the maintenance of sales pipeline in Sales Force, ensure data accuracy and assist in sales pipeline maintenance and forecasting process.
• Lead day-to-day hands-on operations of the support functions, including formulating and implementing tactical and strategic plans, policies and programs
• Manage internal pricing tools
• Generate forecast and metric reports for Sales Management and sales team
• Ensure knowledge management capture and best practices are implemented throughout the sales organization
• Assist in the structuring and approval process of customers contracts
• Coach, mentor and train sales team.
  
  

• 2-3 years’ experience in a sales Operations role
• knowledge of sales operations methodology and salesforce.com
• Excellent interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally
• Proven business sense and problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong drive and will to succeed with a high degree of accountability
• Hands-on, Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and complete assignments under aggressive time constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
