Position Overview:

As the VP of HR, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support our mission of delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
• Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the cybersecurity industry.
• Design and implement programs for employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Foster a positive organizational culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on HR-related matters and organizational development.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster a high-performance culture.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
