Marketing Designer with UX/UI Experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute marketing materials such as banners, landing pages, and digital ads, ensuring brand consistency across all assets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience, and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Apply UX/UI principles to design intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience on both web and mobile platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams (content, retention, acquisition, product ) to ensure cohesive and consistent design implementation.
• Maintain and evolve style guides, ensuring all design work aligns with brand standards.
• Stay current with design trends and incorporate new techniques and tools to keep designs fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing design with a portfolio that showcases diverse digital and marketing design projects.
• At least 1 year of experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating the ability to create user-friendly designs that align with business goals.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A basic understanding of video editing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• A team player with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, eager to collaborate and contribute to the company’s growth.
