Cyber Security Specialist

Cyber Security specialist for a government organization in the Jerusalem area!

Responsibilities:

- Document, address, and escalate information security and cyber incidents.

- Conduct initial assessments of information security events.

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve network security issues and mitigate risks.

- Assist in containing and remediating security threats across the network.

- Provide user support on information security matters in accordance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cyber Security.

- At least 1 year of experience in monitoring cyber incidents.

- Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) for a minimum of 1 year.

- Proven experience investigating security incidents across communication networks, computers, and suspicious activities related to information security.

- In-depth knowledge of security products including SIEM, antivirus, DLP, IPS, firewalls, access control, and mobile device protection.

- Hands-on experience with security system implementation, operational routines, configuration, maintenance, and management.

- Familiarity with routine information security processes, including account and permission management, access control, and system monitoring.
