We are looking for a passionate English teacher with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in a multifaceted role. You’ll combine your education expertise with your educational content creation skills to support our users and develop materials that align with the innovative AI-driven tools Twee offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Assist educators by understanding and responding to their needs, offering guidance on utilizing Twee's AI-powered platform for creating educational content. Fully manage customer support email communication.
• Content Creation: Design and develop lesson materials and other educational content that showcases how Twee’s AI tools can enhance learning experiences.
• Social Media Content: Generate engaging and educational content tailored for various social media platforms, promoting Twee’s capabilities and mission in the education sector.
• Project Review: Analyze customer projects, assess the quality of the materials our platform creates and suggest improvements.
• Research and Review: Stay up-to-date on the latest educational products and teaching platforms. Conduct thorough research of teaching tools and provide insights to ensure that Twee remains at the cutting edge of educational technology.

What You'll Bring:

• 2-3 years of teaching experience as an English teacher, with a strong grasp of how to design and deliver effective educational content.
• BA in English Literature, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field (MA is a plus).
• Native or near-native English proficiency is a must.
• Experience in social media content creation and a passion for writing, educational design, and technology.
• A genuine interest in the intersection of education and AI, with a desire to innovate and explore new possibilities in the classroom.
• Experience with video editing tools is a plus (Screen Studio, Capcut etc)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse, multinational team.
