Analysis MRP requirements and creation of orders throughout the ERP system
Following order after it arrives at the supplier
Status updates of the orders in the ERP system and fluent contact with suppliers
Supplier overall management: Strategy/negotiations with suppliers/contracts, on site audit, evaluation
Producing reports and analyzes for different activities
Finding creative solutions for different problems regarding the orders: prices, delivery dates etc.
Multiple work interfaces within the organization and outside organizations in Israel and abroad
Wide Knowledge of bill of material/Engineering change

Requirements:

B.A degree
5-7 years of experience in purchasing / material planning purchasing electronics, optics, mechanics
Fluent English
Experience in ERP systems / MRP planning module
Procurement in a variety of different commodities
Experience in closing strategic contracts with suppliers – an advantage
Experience from a global organization - an advantage
Oracle / NetSuite system experience - an advantage
