Integration Team Lead

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in the development of organization integration interfaces - mandatory.
• Experience in leading a team - mandatory.
• Excellent familiarity with standards, tools and protocols in the worlds of integration The organizations (ESB) - mandatory.
• Mastery of Java development and working with a database - mandatory.
• Knowledge and mastery of OSB - mandatory.
• Knowledge and control of Oracle Service Bus - significant advantage.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools: Elastic, Kibana, Grafana - advantage.
• Experience working with Bitbucket and Jira - advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Professional and personal management of the integration development team.
• 80% Hands on.
• Leading the development and maintenance of the organizational integration services.
• Responsibility for the availability of the interfaces and the integration processes.
• Responding to the needs of the organization and the various projects in building interfaces, both between the organizational systems and in front of external systems.
• Implementation of standards, tools and a flexible development methodology while improving perpetual.
