We're seeking a passionate hands-on Senior Data Scientist to join our amazing DS group. You will work on exciting and challenging projects from research to production in the fields of recommendations, image processing, Forecasts, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Data Analysts with hand-on work, inducing hiring, training team members and helping them grow professionally.
• Conduct analysis of large, complex data sets representing the activity of millions of users and diverse business lines
• Be a focal point in discussions, decisions or planning, pinpointing our strengths and places to improve, using KPIs, data trends and patterns
• Communicate insights and results in a clear and concrete manner, ability to explain
• analysis in a simple way that delivers the right message.
• Conduct research and testing using analytical tools such as statistics, predictive analysis, visualization, competitor and market research, etc
• Develop data-driven strategies for overcoming business challenges, be up to date with new tools, technologies and frameworks.
• Help management set and communicate business goals, use analytics to determine how well those goals are being met.
• Manage the development and maintenance of reports, datasets, dashboards, etc.
• Monitor industry trends
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative area ( computer science, math, finance, engineering, economics, etc)
• 2+ years’ experience leading analytics team
• 5+ years of working experience in data analytics, preferably working as a Senior Data/Business Analyst in a fast-paced and complex business setting in B2C companies
• Expert in data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent knowledge of software such as Excel, SQL, Looker, Python, or similar
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and A/B testing
• Experience with mobile application (Gaming application is advantage)
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment and great verbal and written English
