Data Engineer

What you'll be doing:

At Diagnostic Robotics, we've built a diverse R&D crew that includes data scientists, data engineers, medical experts, and full-stack developers. We collaborate closely with clients to craft cutting-edge web applications (end-to-end from product to production) used by doctors, patients, and a wide range of healthcare organizations.

It's important to us to emphasize that we're looking for engineers who want to contribute to the product, not just write code. You'll also be expected to help other engineers succeed and for us to constantly better ourselves as individuals and as a team.

Skills we need

• At least 5 years of experience writing code (preferably using Python)
• At least 3 years of experience as a data enginee
• Strong proficiency and passion in data engineering with significant experience in architecturing, building and expanding production systems
• Experience with big data technologies and data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Pandas, ETLs)
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, data retrieval processes and data warehousing
• Experience in development of dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders (We currently use Tableau and Metabase)
• Master of Exploratory Data Analysis driving business decision
• You have experience leading processes or technical aspect
• Comfortable working both in a team and independently
• You perform amazingly in a fast paced startup environmen
• Great written and spoken English

These will help you stand out:

• You're experienced with shipping high grade web based products in a high-scale production environment
• Experience with the following stack: AWS, Python, Docker, Kuberentes, Helm, Terraform, dbt, snowflake, Tableau, Argo workflows.
• You have experience working in a SAAS company based on big data.
• Experience building healthcare-related products and working on healthcare data sources (such as Claims and EMR data).
