This role is pivotal in shaping our market strategy through insightful analysis of market trends, competitor behaviors, and social media research.

Description and requirements

• Market and Product Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and social media channels to transform insights into actionable business strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to refine strategies and product features based on research findings, business needs, and potential leads from social media sources.
• Customer Feedback and Social Media Analysis: Evaluate customer feedback and social media trends to ensure product accuracy and relevance. Offer critical insights into competitor movements and potential product leads.
• Product Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced analytical tools to track product performance, market trends, emerging opportunities, and social media engagements.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in WEBINT (Web Intelligence), OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), and social media analysis.
• Capability to independently lead end-to-end research projects, including exploring social media platforms for potential product leads.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills, with a knack for solving complex problems and understanding social media trends.
• Effective communication skills, able to distill and present complex information succinctly.
• Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and in-depth analysis.
• Team player, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.

Additional Qualifications

• Prior military or governmental intelligence unit experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in strategic market analysis using online platforms, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, with a deep understanding of social media research techniques.
• High achievement in psychometric exams or a strong high school GPA is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in a dynamic work environment is preferred.
