Key Responsibilities

• Lead Red Team engagements, conducting simulated attacks to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our clients’ systems.
• Lead the Red Team department, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of team skills and knowledge.
• Develop and execute advanced attack scenarios, emulating real-world adversaries to enhance our clients’ defensive capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their security posture and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Promote the development and implementation of innovative Red Team tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to ensure the team stays ahead of evolving security threats.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and techniques, continuously refining Red Team methodologies and incorporating cutting-edge attack vectors.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Ensure all engagements adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Drive the creation of custom tooling, scripts, and automation to support Red Team operations and enhance efficiency in executing sophisticated attack scenarios.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in conducting and leading Red Team assessments, including planning, executing, and reporting on engagements.
• Expertise in conducting simulated attacks across multiple vectors, including social engineering, physical and phishing assessments, network exploitation, and post-exploitation activities.
• Experience with penetration testing Web, Mobile, and Thick Client applications.
• Knowledge of network security, common protocols, and OWASP Top 10.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Python, PowerShell, or Bash to create custom exploits or automate tasks.
• Deep understanding of common network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and hybrid infrastructures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with EDR evasion and stealthy techniques, with a deep understanding of how to bypass or manipulate modern security tools while remaining undetected.
• Proven experience in malware development, including low-level programming languages such as C and C++ (preferred).
• Team leadership experience in mentoring and guiding Red Team members, driving engagement initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Blue Team and Purple Team members, to integrate Red Team findings into actionable security improvements.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, CRTM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
