Facility & EHS Manager

• Oversee site operations, ensuring efficient functioning of facilities, maintenance, and infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain EHS policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting safety and environmental responsibility.
• Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure high-quality facility management and global compliance.
• Manage engineering maintenance teams, overseeing preventive maintenance for cleanroom equipment (WFI, Bio Reactor systems) and updating procedures in the plant's system.
• Guide project teams (sub-contractors, maintenance, and commissioning engineers) through full project lifecycles.
• Assist in updating preventive maintenance programs for optimal equipment and facility performance.
• Manage tenant services, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with E&PS standards and site requirements.
• Develop and execute annual maintenance and project plans.
• Oversee company insurance programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to all required standards.
• Supervise site employees, contractors, and service providers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service needs.
• Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Managing operational and financial activities with landlords
• Leasing fleet management
• Obtaining business licenses and permits (fire, toxic, etc.)
• Overseeing janitorial and security teams
• Business continuity planning
• Pest control, site insurances, and external safety activities
• Leading EHS management strategies
• Lead the facilities department, ensuring adherence to quality requirements (SOPs, CAPA, HACCP, ISO 9001, MGL, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing teams and projects.
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager, with a strong track record in budget management and developing work plans.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with diverse interfaces and/or within a global organization.
• Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Service-oriented with a positive, proactive, and constructive approach.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate and analyze reports from multiple sources.
• Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
• Willingness to travel between company sites in Israel as needed.
