Lili is seeking a Product Manager to join our team.

In this role you will:

• Build and execute the company vision using product-led-growth techniques
• Grow our portfolio of solutions that revolutionize the way small businesses manage their finances
• Act as the voice of customer within the company while focusing on needle-moving initiatives
• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and success
• Work closely with UX design and content to create delightful experiences
• Work closely with marketing on product/feature launches
• Collaborate with all internal functions to help them support the products/features you are driving (compliance, risk, banking ops, customer support)
• Collect customer feedback using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Be the go-to person for the product/features that you’re driving

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience from top-notch product-centric companies
• Proven record in defining, building, launching, and measuring successful products/features
• Experience in creating delightful customer experiences
• Demonstrated excellence in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fintech experience - a big plus
• Previously driven partnership-based products - a plus
