We are looking for a Pricing and Business Analyst to join our team and drive our pricing models to success. You should bring strong analytical expertise. This position has two main responsibilities:

Pricing:

• Coordinate and support the process of developing pricing, discount strategy, and system across our product lines to position the products based on value and competitive situation.
• Define and support execution of business procedures, processes, and tools and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system.
• Assist in creating promotional campaigns when applicable.
• Manage and supervise pricing analysis, reporting, and monitoring taking into account customer feedback, market conditions and benchmarks, to support decision making.
• Be a subject matter expert for all things related to Pricing.

Business Planning:

• Coordinate and support the development and execution of the annual review of the companies’ long-term Business Plan that delivers the company’s goals and strategies
• Design and lead governance framework that measures results vs. the plan.
• Support the development and execution of the corporate and functional KPIs program to ensure alignment and delivery of the strategic plan
• Direct development & implementation of processes, tools, and metrics, that support & improve business operations

What is needed to succeed?

• At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role within a global tech company or a global management consulting company, including managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. MBA will be an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Able to work well independently and within a team
• Able to reason analytically, logically, and in a consistent fashion
• Experience in working with multinational teams within a matrix organization.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to dig into detail, manage complexity, and drive decision-making
