CRM Support Engineer

Shavit is looking for a CRM Support Engineer!

Job Description:

-Responding to technical malfunction incidents in the company's CRM systems

-Analyzing the incoming faults and implementing a solution to prevent them

-Telephone / chat menu during standby hours at night and on the weekend

-Writing operational scripts and performing complex DB retrievals

-Detecting the status of the systems and proactively handling problems

-Support for comprehensive and individual system failures

Requirements:

- Applicative support background -MUST

- Familiarity / work experience in CRM systems - Advantage

- Knowledge and work experience in SQL - MUST

- Flexibility for weekend and night shifts - MUST
