Innovation Center Lead

Shaare Zedek Scientific is seeking a dynamic Innovation Center Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development, a strong technical understanding, exceptional negotiation skills, and a background in life science or a related medical field. This position reports directly to the CEO and involves substantial hands-on work.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic partnerships and negotiation: Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships and contracts with startups, SMEs, and global companies in the fields of digital medicine and HealthTech. Lead negotiations from initiation to execution.
• Clinical data access: Facilitate access to clinical data for industry clients, enabling the validation of new technologies.
• Industry representation: Serve as the public face of our Innovation Center at industry events, conferences, and forums. Utilize your networking skills and passion for healthcare advancement to build meaningful connections.

Requirements:

• Healthcare background: A background in life science or medicine is an advantage, coupled with familiarity with medical terminology and scientific principles.
• Formal education: (MBA or M.Sc/Ph.D.)
• Proven experience: Demonstrated success in business development and strategic partnerships, with a track record of navigating complex negotiations.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with diverse stakeholders, from researchers to industry leaders.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where agility is key.
