Role description

EqualWeb is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Retention and Collections Specialist with experience in retention and collection management to join our team, to support our growing number of customers in the USA and EU.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Reconcile accounts receivable to the general ledger, and handle
• Diagnosing customer billing issues or requests, solving problems, and helping with queries about their order. Especially – handle “Declined Credit Card” issues (usually due to expiry or similar)
• Assist in customers’ retention, in collaboration with Sales Executives when needed, to assist customers to get the best solution they need.
• Proactively interact with customers and internal business units to resolve outstanding issues, including assistance in retention and upsell.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English – MUST.
• Basic understanding of accounting and business principles.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.
• Priority for those living in the Sharon area.
• Priority to native English speakers.
