Key Responsibilities:

• Work on bond issuance and handle legal documents related to bonds.

• Review and draft legal documents and agreements.

• Assist with corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

• Provide guidance on various legal and compliance issues within the company.

• Ensure alignment with internal policies and external legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Certified lawyer with up to 1 year of experience or recently completed internship.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

• A fast learner with a passion for compliance and legal frameworks.
