Role
The Product Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell Qualtero's training management solutions to target customers, such as airlines, aviation training centers and rail operators. This role requires learning and obtaining a deep understanding of the market, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position and differentiate Qualtero's solutions. The Product Marketing Associate will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales to drive product awareness and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to identify target customer segments, buying behavior, and market opportunities.
2. Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
- Create compelling value propositions that resonate with target customers.
3. Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new module and feature releases.
- Collaborate with product management to leverage product release timelines and key deliverables.
4. Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales enablement materials, including product brochures, presentations, competitive matrix, battle cards, and training materials.
- Communicate new product features, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to the sales team.
5. Marketing Campaigns and Demand Generation:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand.
- Collaborate with team members to create content such as blog posts, webinars, case studies, and whitepapers.
6. Customer Advocacy and Feedback:
- Engage with customers and customer success managers to gather feedback and insights on product usage and satisfaction.
- Develop customer success stories and case studies to showcase product value and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing in a B2B software environment - must
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- English: Native-level proficiency required
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: A resourceful and hands-on approach to creating appealing marketing content (posts, blogs, images, short videos).
The position is hybrid (Mondays and Wednesdays are office days in TLV)
