About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Team Lead to manage a team of developers working across Frontend & Backend. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team through the entire product development lifecycle, from initial design to production, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. As a leader, your focus will be on guiding the team, providing technical direction, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Vision: Guide and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of developers (Frontend & Backend) through every stage of the product life cycle—architecture, development, QA, and production.
• Ownership & Innovation: Take full ownership of designing and developing new features for our core AI-driven platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product Managers to define your team’s roadmap, align on goals, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mentorship & Growth: Cultivate a team culture of high engagement and continuous improvement, recruiting and mentoring top talent to build a world-class development team.
• Drive Best Practices: Ensure that coding practices, automated testing, and quality standards are implemented across the board, leading the way in technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a developer in production-level applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and mentoring developers in fast-paced environments.
• Strong experience with React.
• Proven backend experience with Node.js and Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and large-scale system design.
• Strong database knowledge (both relational and non-relational).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript, Spring Boot, or serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
