Unilever is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team in the fields of machinery, electricity, service systems, technical warehouse, and buildings at the Arad site.

Responsibilities:

• Adhering to the maintenance budget and meeting savings targets and reducing the percentage of maintenance-related failures.
• Implementing operational excellence methodologies – lean and maintenance strategy, increasing the number of preventive maintenance work orders, optimizing orders according to WCM principles.
• Managing a preventive maintenance program for machines and equipment, preparing an annual plan and integrating it into the production plan.
• Professional responsibility for implementing quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures in the department.
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all relevant works for the lines and activities in the factory.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering - mandatory.
• Very good English proficiency with an emphasis on technical English - mandatory.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a maintenance department in a manufacturing plant.
