AI & GenAI Domain Manager - Digital, Data & Channels Division

As the AI & GenAI Lead, you will play a key role in driving AI and GenAI implementation across the division while shaping the organization’s tech strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement advanced AI & GenAI solutions to drive the organization's technological strategy.
• Lead and manage two technical teams to deliver top-notch AI & GenAI products.
• Identify and seize new opportunities for innovation and growth using AI & GenAI.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure the successful integration of AI & GenAI solutions.
• Monitor and continuously improve the performance of AI & GenAI systems.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest advancements in AI & GenAI technologies.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field – an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience managing technical teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI & GenAI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI & GenAI technologies, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry in Israel – a plus.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to execute complex initiatives.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
