3BiotiX Pharma Ltd. is an Israeli start-up company specializing in innovative biofilm solutions for fungal and bacterial infections. Located in the Negev desert, we are supported by the Israeli Innovation Authority and focused on developing novel antimicrobial therapies to overcome resistance and disrupt biofilms driving chronic infections. Our current focus is on a new drug combination for Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (RVVC) to provide more effective solutions for infection persistence and recurrence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (option to part time available) for an Experienced Researcher at 3BiotiX Pharma Ltd. in Yeruham. The Researcher will be responsible for conducting research on biofilm solutions, developing innovative combination therapies, and contributing to the discovery of novel antimicrobial treatments. Daily tasks will involve experimental design, data analysis, and collaboration with the research team to advance antimicrobial innovation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in microbiology, pharmacology, or related discipline
• Research and experimental design skills
• Knowledge of biofilm solutions and antimicrobial therapies
• Data analysis and interpretation abilities
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in microbiology or related field
• Experience in Confocal Microscopy
• Experience in Scientific writing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• PhD degree - an advantage
• Residence - Be'er Sheva or southerly
