Impact Measurement & Evaluation Specialist (IMM) – ESG and SDG Focus

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Impact Measurement & Evaluation Specialist. This position is focused on the development, management, and execution of impact measurement strategies, particularly in the areas of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and SDG (Sustainable Development Goals). Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing comprehensive impact measurement frameworks and evaluation methodologies.
• Conducting data collection, analysis, and interpretation to assess the outcomes and impact of social and environmental programs.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring systems.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on evaluation findings to drive continuous improvement and optimize program effectiveness.
• Communicating evaluation results effectively to stakeholders, including donors, investors, and internal teams.
• Assist in building business plans and strategies, integrating impact measurement into the organization’s broader objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant fields, Environmental Sciences, Economics, data analysis or similar disciplines related to ESG and SDG.
• Professional Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in roles related to impact measurement, sustainability, or ESG/SDG reporting.
• Strong familiarity with international sustainability frameworks and impact evaluation methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Experience with impact measurement platforms and tools, such as IMP, SROI, or similar; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus, but the focus is on sustainability and impact expertise.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences, including business stakeholders and external partners.
• Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and the ability to draw meaningful insights from sustainability metrics.
• Passion for Sustainability: A deep commitment to driving positive environmental and social impact through your work.
