תיאור משרה:The Detection and Response Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team tasked with detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents within the organization. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of detection strategies, managing incident response processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate security threats effectivelyThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing incident response operations in a fast-paced environmentKey Responsibilities: Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for detecting and responding to security incidentsDevelop and implement detection strategies to identify security threats and vulnerabilities proactivelyManage incident response processes, including incident triage, investigation, and resolution.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective incident response and mitigation effortsOversee the development and maintenance of incident response plans, playbooks, and proceduresConduct post-incident reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsStay informed about emerging threats and industry best practices in detection and responseProvide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilitiesCollaborate with other teams, such as threat intelligence, security operations, and IT, to strengthen overall cybersecurity postureCommunicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on incident response activities and security posture Qualifications:Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident detection responseStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001/32/35/17/18Experience managing incident response operations in large organizationsProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersRelevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are a plus
