Head Designer/Senior Designer

Responsibilities

 Implementing the marketing strategy into visual language in digital and print

platforms to create a unique brand identity worldwide.

 Mentoring & leading the graphic design team- setting personal goals.

 Work with the marketing team, planning the brand’s future visual and product

packaging innovation, following the upcoming trends in the worlds of cosmetics

and design

 Managing the production of promotional videos and photoshoots

 Use and implementation of advanced AI tools for marketing support – we are

very strong in using AI tools and the candidate should be experienced with this

as well.

Authority

Creating and maintaining the brand’s Visual Identity and managing the design

field of the brand.

Requirements:

 Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in graphic design, with at least 2 years in

a senior or leadership role.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related

field.

 Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

 Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and packaging design.

 Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

 Ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives.

 Up to date with the latest design trends, especially in the cosmetics industry.

 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

 Demonstrable familiarity with the use of various AI tools
