System Team Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber Intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel-Aviv.

As part of the role, you’ll be leading a team of System and Networking engineers that are responsible for the entire company infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-premises.

We’re looking for a skilled leader to oversee IT projects, manage the technical team, and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning our IT strategy with our business goals, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow, mentor, and manage a team of talented System & Networking engineers
• Design complicated and tailor-made infrastructure solutions
• Project planning and execution according to the company roadmap
• Reviewing and constantly improving the company network, infrastructure, and day to day work environment
• Work closely with the Security, SRE, DevOps and the R&D teams to ensure the best needs and requirements are met
• Manage a team that designs, creates and maintains Linux servers, network services, develops IT automation, VPNs, virtualization environments, monitoring solutions and more.

Requirments:

• 3+ years experience in managing a large team in a fast-changing environment
• At least 3 years with hands-on Linux administration
• Deep understanding of networks and hands-on experience in large scale environments
• Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
• A "can-do" attitude as well as great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
