Front End Manager - Iguazio

Iguazio is a leading AI and machine learning company based in Herzliya. Recognized for helping enterprises deliver enterprise-wide analytics at scale, Iguazio’s advanced Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) pipeline enables clients to streamline and manage their AI—from the initial concept all the way to production—in a simplified and automated manner.

You'll be joining a dynamic team of tech-savvy engineers renowned for their swift delivery, tasked with orchestrating the Iguazio Data Science PaaS alongside managing a spectrum of closed and open-source projects within the MLOps domain.

As a team member, you'll wield significant influence in shaping and advancing Iguazio's core products, all while actively participating in our firm Gen AI initiative. This role presents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in cutting-edge technologies.

What You'll Do

You will lead a team of FE engineers and drive the UI of the Iguazio platform - own the FE roadmap, incl. product features and enhancements, technical debt and innovation, and stability fixes.

You will lead the development lifecycle from initial requirements through to final delivery across products and releases, while upholding high standards in code quality, scalability, readability, and performance.

You'll serve as the expert of all things FE - mindful to excellent user experience, performance and robustness aspects, design and code quality; playing a central role in creating a great user experience for our products.

Also, you'll collaborate closely with local and international colleagues and teams, incl. product management, UX, architects and development teams to define and drive the cutting edge capabilities of our GenAI platform.

You will foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes. You'll provide coaching, technical mentorship, conduct design reviews, development and quality processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of team management experience, leading teams of 5+ developers, in modern frontend technologies; experience building Enterprise level products
• 6+ years of SW development experience, with profound experience in React, TS, JS
• Strong system and product understanding and strong sense of user experience and a passion for understanding the user flows
• Experience in defining and maintaining comprehensive methodologies for design, testing, CI tools, code review and overall Software quality
• Technical Leadership experience, while fostering a collaborative development environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills; a mindset that challenges existing paradigms, constantly seeking workflow improvements
• Experience in BE, micro-services (Python, Golang) - an advantage
• Experience in cloud environments - an advantage
• Understanding of ML/DS ecosystem and frameworks - an advantage
